A determined man seeks to reclaim his cabaret, while his nephew falls for its owner, caught in a love triangle.
Ehtesham wants to get back his cabaret from Atash (Foruzan) who has rent it from him. He sends his nephew Hamid who is a lawyer to get it back but Hamid falls in love with Atash who herself is in love with Hadi (Fardin). This makes her do a difficult choice between the two suitors.
